\nWe are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to improve Customer Acquisition, Product Recommendations, Pricing and other high-impact use cases by applying mathematical optimization, machine learning, and generative AI.

\nWhat is the role about?
\n\n- Develop, improve, deploy, and maintain predictive data models such as live customer segmentation, customer no-show predictions, trip recommendations, profitability predictions and marketing optimizations.
\n- Extract information and new features from internal and external data sources to improve our models
\n- Own and analyze A/B tests for new features in our products
\n- Work as one team with data scientists, data engineers, data analysts, and business users
\n- The tools we use:
Machine Learning: Python (Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib, Scikit-Learn)
MLOps: AWS (EKS, ECS, Lambda), Github, Cnvrg, and Docker
Warehousing and ELT: Snowflake, dbt, SQL
Causal Inference and Ad-Hoc Analysis: R, Python \n

\nWhat will you need to be successful?
\n\n- You have an academic degree (Masters or PhD) in an analytical subject (e.g. statistics, computer science, mathematics, economics, data science, operations research, engineering or similar)
\n- You have at least 4 years of experience working as a Data Scientist in an industry setting, post graduation
\n- You have broad theoretical and practical knowledge of standard methods in Data Science, e.g. neural networks, decision trees, LLMs, causal inference, A/B testing, etc.
\n- You have experience working with generative AI, in particular LLMs (including outside of a production environment)
\n- Proficient in Python for Data Science with strong data engineering experience (SQL, dbt, CI/CD, Git)
\n- You have experience leading multi-quarter research work involving high uncertainty.
