\nWhat you will do
\nThis role is responsible for running our office in Berlin and working with our VP People to design and deliver local and global events to strengthen our culture and community.
\nHere’s what you can expect:

\n- You ensure that our office meets Occupational Health & Safety standards
\n- You strengthen community in Berlin by designing and delivering a variety of onsite events
\n- You strengthen our culture by designing and delivering global events that bring all employees together e.g. our annual Summer event

\nWhat you will need to be successful
\nHere’s the experience we are looking for:
\n\n- Proven office management and event experience
\n- Experience working in a startup environment
\n- Fluent in German and English
\n

\nWhat you will do:
\nIn this role you will be responsible for providing insights to drive key decision making in Marketing. Here’s what you can expect:
\n\n- Conduct detailed analyses of our marketing initiatives and channels and make recommendations based on your insights
\n- Support the Marketing team to improve customer conversion rates by running testing, collecting insights and making recommendations for improvements
\n- Build interactive dashboards and visualisations that provide real-time insights to stakeholders
\n- Act as a sparring partner to the VP Marketing and Marketing leadership team supporting the execution of the strategy
\n- Provide guidance and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
\n- Level up analysis and research quality in the department

\nThe Tools We Use:

\nWhat you will need to be successful:
\nHere’s the experience we are looking for:
\n\n- You are fluentin SQL and are comfortable working with large, complex data
\n- You have knowledge of statistics and are comfortable applying statistical concepts in testing, modelling, and forecasting e.g. A/B testing
\n- You have experience in presenting data through creating reports and visualisations and telling a story
\n- You have experience in D2C or B2C marketing analytics
\n- You have a proven track record in collaborating cross-functionally with different business departments and senior stakeholders.
\n
\nIn addition, we are looking for the following skills:
\n\n- Technical expertise: You possess the technical knowledge to generate data driven insights and you apply the appropriate analytical methods to get the most out of available data. You adapt your approach to best address the problem at hand.
\n- Business acumen: You demonstrate an understanding of the business and domain and apply your expertise in how you collect, analyse and interpret data.

\nWhat will you do?

\n\n- Develop and execute multi-channel reengagement campaigns, enhancing customer engagement in the DACH region and France.
\n- Optimize campaign timing and messaging through A/B testing to boost click-through and engagement rates.
\n- Drive Double Opt-In (DOI) initiatives to expand our verified, GDPR-compliant customer base.
\n- Leverage CRM data for personalized, dynamic content across communications.
\n- Report on CRM KPIs and identify new opportunities for continuous improvement.
\n- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, data, and product teams to align on personalization and customer engagement strategies.

\nWhat will you need to be successful?
\n
\n\n- Proven experience in CRM
\n- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and optimizing reactivation campaigns
\n- Proficiency in personalization, and segmentation, leveraging data to create tailored experiences
\n- Knowledge of customer engagement strategies
\n- Experience with CRM channels beyond email, e.g. Direct Mail, App, Whatsapp, sms
\n- Strong communication skills in English and German; French is a plus

This role will be pivotal in contributing to our growth and profitability ambitions by bringing the impact of Organic Search to the next level and increasing the channel’s contribution to our revenue.
\nWhat will you do?
\n\n- Research and identify new content and marketing opportunities within the DACH market through competitor analysis, keyword research, website and content auditing, and customer insights.
\n- Take ownership of developing and delivering the local SEO strategy in order to drive new customer acquisitions. Leading the on- and off-page content strategy and working closely together with both internal and external content specialists to deliver high quality content.
\n- Monitor site performance & fix site issues and bugs as they appear and stay up to date with (search) industry trends.
\n- Support our off-page SEO / link building efforts and help to develop effective outreach tactics to ensure Tourlane coverage in the German, Austrian and Swiss media.
\n- Help drive continuous improvement of landing pages through Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives, including A/B testing, to enhance user engagement and maximize lead generation across our domains.

\nWhat will you need to be successful?
\n\n- Proven track record and experience in online marketing with a focus on content marketing and/or SEO
\n- A great understanding of on-page and off-page SEO best practices
\n- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in parallel
\n- A strong understanding of user behavior and search patterns within the DACH market, with the ability to leverage insights to optimize both search and landing page performance in order to drive results
\n- Data driven mindset. Able to use data to track and measure impact

\n\n- Applying strong organizational skills, you will maintain a steady flow of copy assets and handle multiple projects with tight deadlines
\n- Working closely with our marketing teams, such as CRM, Paid Social, Organic Growth, Social Media, and Design, you are a great storyteller and will transform content briefs into easy-to-read and compelling copy.
\n- Motivated towards excellence, you will continually deliver content that matches our marketing channels' best practices and Tourlane’s tone of voice, ensuring that messaging and tonality are consistent across all channels.
\n- Passionate about creating content that converts into business results, you will have the opportunity to dive into our marketing channel’s KPIs to make data-driven decisions on ways to consistently improve your copy.

\nWhat will you need to be successful?
\n\n- You have 4+ years of proven professional experience in copywriting for various marketing channels, preferably in a start-up or scale-up environment.
\n- You are a passionate marketing copywriter with German skills at a native level and you are fluent in English (French skills are a plus).
\n- You have excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a diligent eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar.
