At Tourlane, growth means constantly expanding into new destinations. We’re excited by the prospect of taking our ideas globally, and understand that expansion is part of what makes the travel industry so dynamic. Choosing a new destination for our customers requires a deep understanding of what that country can offer both as a source and destination market. Our team includes different country managers who love to understand travel numbers, build bridges with different stakeholders, and execute complex projects.

How do people want to travel? Why do people want to travel there? We're in charge of identifying our entry market strategy, and use data, communication, and collaboration to foster growth. As one of Tourlane’s most entrepreneurial departments, we love starting something from scratch—and working with five source markets across 55 international destinations makes the final project all the more rewarding.
