At Tourlane, our designers are not only the creatives and the scientists—we’re the brand. Creating a holistic and purposeful experience for our customers—from planning the first trip with our agents to arriving home with a backpack full of memories—thrills us. In cross-functional teams with agile processes, we synthesize a wide variety of disciplines (UX Research, UX Design, UI, and more) to create a unique Tourlane Design DNA. As the voice of the customer, our agents, and the company, we find simple solutions to complex problems.

Nerding out about the newest sketch plugins, a recently tried workshop technique, or the two pixels that are in the wrong place on the page is part of our game. A high level of empathy for the user, combined with comprehensive research and a data-backed approach, guides us to explore the ‘‘why’’ behind the ‘‘what.’’ And we also love to challenge: we’re not afraid of breaking things. We learn and repeat (again and again) until we find the perfect solution.
