Salesforce Business Analyst

We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to be responsible for gathering requirements, business process analysis, and overall process design of the Tourlane Salesforce implementation. The Business Analyst will be responsible for management of complex CRM projects and will work across all our Salesforce user groups. This will require development of subject matter expertise in our sales, finance, and operations areas, as well as building deep relationships with the process owners. You will be responsible for performing end-to-end cross department leadership throughout the software development lifecycle including Analysis, Design, Development, and Quality Assurance. 

This role will work closely with the Product Management team for all other areas of Product Development at Tourlane and will be expected to follow some of the same practices, while having and continuing to gain deep Salesforce expertise. 


  • Requirements, definition and documentation 
  • Work with multiple types of  stakeholders to understand and define business requirements 
  • Work directly with tech team to develop use cases and functional specifications documents 
  • Solicit, gather and analyze user input and requirements 
  • Identify and involve key stakeholders 
  • Identify and interview internal/external subject matter experts 
  • Author and compile surveys 
  • Collaborate with counterparts in other tech teams in order to create and validate business requirements and project specification documents
  • Own the Tourlane Salesforce backlog and roadmap, and ensure projects are correctly estimated as well as that delivery is aligned with other teams in Tech.


  • Experience in Salesforce CRM with end to end implementation experience 
  • integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools
  • Experience with configuration, customization, programming with flows
  • Experience soliciting, gathering and analyzing user input and requirements 
  • Experience creating wireframe documents with information architecture 
  • Experience authoring requirements, definition and related documentation 
  • Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, business process owners, technical project managers and technical teams to execute business analysis tasks 
  • Experience working with creative and technical project teams 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint as well as other project management and time tracking tools
  • Current Salesforce certifications are a nice-to-have
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
