  • Have at least 8 years of experience and can present us a wide portfolio with shipped b2c projects, including your latest customer studies, how they optimized customer satisfaction and drove business numbers
  • Are interested in the creation and optimization of our marketing facing initiatives (web/mobile/print) and how to drag apart the pains and gains of potential and existing customers
  • Investigate like Sherlock Holmes, discover like Columbus and are agile like Usain Bolt
  • Worked many years in an agile tech product design team setup as well as marketing departments before, know the design processes and how to align with stakeholders
  • Know a broad toolkit of techniques and methodologies to reach conclusions, determine the facts and uncover problems
  • Are able to zoom-in and zoom-out, always within the whole customer flow and an end-to-end experience in mind
  • Always ship with perfection and strive for a culture of documentation
  • Have a strong personality, but not a strong ego
  • Are laser-focused, self-organized and take ownership
  • Are outspoken, mindful, love to learn and to share knowledge with us
  • Understand research as a lifestyle, not as a 9 to 5 job
  • Reveal valuable information with fundamental research, field studies and travel trend observations, which can be fed as chances into our future roadmaps
  • Investigate and optimize existing marketing initiatives aligned with our KPIs
  • Challenge stakeholders and are prepared to get challenged
  • Question everything and love iterations
